Brisbin Project
The Brief
To create a level area with a pool for teenage disabled daughter from an area that couldn’t be used because of differing levels and neglected rough ground.
The Solution
Our solution was to clear the rear yard and to re level the area and to excavate the courtyard ready for a Plunge pool. A new engineered concrete slab for pool had to be created and the pool had to be craned in.
We also constructed a new patio area and retaining walls acting as garden beds. When the project is completed there will be decking all around the pool area.

The clients will benefit with easier access for the whole family to what was once a wasted unusable space.
